• Edit commercial and real estate visual content according to client requirements.
• Ensure all images are edited in accordance with established quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Work rotating shifts as assigned by management, including early-morning shifts, night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and Tet holidays when required.
  • Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Shift 3: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Follow the company’s production processes, policies, and quality-control standards.
• Ensure that all assigned projects are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team and other relevant departments to deliver projects within deadlines.

• High school graduate or graduate of a training institution in Media, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least six months of experience in Real Estate Photo Editing.
• Candidates aged between 18 and 26 are preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Bridge, and other relevant editing software.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Good communication, time-management, and teamwork skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rotating shifts.

• Perform video cutting, sequencing, color correction, visual effects, sound editing, and subtitle placement in accordance with quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Work rotating shifts as assigned by management, including early-morning shifts, night shifts, public holidays, and Tet holidays when required.
